Our Process

Our process as an architectural firm can vary depending on the size, scope, and type of projects we handle.

Client Consultation: The process begins with a meeting with our team and the client. During this stage, the client outlines their requirements, goals, and budget for the project. We also gather information about the site, local regulations, and any specific constraints that need to be considered.

Pre-Design and Programming: In this phase, We conduct research, analyze the site, and gather data to understand the project's context and requirements better. We also consult with engineers, urban planners, and other specialists if necessary. We work with the client to establish the project's scope, function, and design objectives.

​

Schematic Design: Based on the information gathered in the pre-design phase, We create initial design concepts or sketches. These conceptual drawings explore different design options and help the client visualize the project's potential.

Design Development: After selecting a preferred schematic design, We start refining and developing the chosen concept. More detailed drawings are created, specifying the layout, materials, and systems. The design is further coordinated with engineering disciplines, ensuring all technical aspects are considered.

Construction Documentation: In this stage, We create detailed construction drawings and specifications. These documents serve as the guide for contractors during the construction phase. We ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained from relevant authorities.

Bidding and Contractor Selection: We assists the client in the bidding process by preparing bid packages and inviting qualified contractors to submit proposals. We evaluate the bids and assist the client in selecting a suitable contractor for the project.

​

Construction Administration: Once construction begins, We play a role in project management. We conduct site visits, review progress, and address any issues that may arise during construction. We act as a liaison between the client and the contractor, ensuring that the project adheres to the approved design and specifications.

​

Post-Construction: After the project's completion, We may conduct a final walkthrough to assess the quality of work and address any outstanding items. We also assist the client in obtaining the necessary occupancy permits and handle any necessary paperwork.

​

Post-Occupancy Evaluation: We conduct post-occupancy evaluations to assess how well the building meets the client's needs and to identify any areas for improvement in future projects.
