2. Cancellation Policy
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after work has started.
• For digital products (moodboards), cancellations are not allowed after purchase.
• Workshop bookings can be cancelled 48 hours before the event for a partial refund or rescheduling.
• ZMI Studio reserves the right to cancel services in unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.

4. Refund Policy
•Digital products (Moodboards): Non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.
•Design services (Aisle): Refunds are not applicable once the design process has started.
•Workshops: Refunds are only applicable if cancelled 48 hours prior.
•In case of duplicate payment or technical error, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
5. Shipping Policy
•ZMI Studio primarily deals with digital products and services, hence no physical shipping is involved.
•All products (moodboards, workshop materials, etc.) are delivered via email or download links.
Delivery timelines:
•Moodboards: Instant or within 24 hours
•Custom design services: As per the agreed timeline
•Workshops: Details shared before the session
6. Terms & Conditions
•All content, designs, and materials provided by ZMI Studio are intellectual property and cannot be resold or redistributed.
•Clients must provide accurate information for smooth service delivery.
•Timelines depend on client responsiveness and approval stages.
•ZMI Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party services or unforeseen issues.
