3. Data Sharing We do not sell your data. Information is only shared with service providers (e.g., payment gateways or webinar platforms) to fulfill services.

By using ZMI Studio’s website, purchasing our services, or enrolling in our workshops, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We provide:

Design services (3D, rendering, fabrication drawings, etc.)

Workshops (online & offline) related to design, event setups, and creative development.

 

2. Registration & Payment

Workshop seats are confirmed only after full payment.

Project work begins only after an advance payment (minimum 50%).

 

3. Intellectual Property

Designs created for clients remain the property of ZMI Studio until full payment.

Workshop materials are copyrighted and cannot be redistributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

4. Code of Conduct (Workshops)

Participants must behave respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to remove anyone disrupting the learning environment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Design Projects

Cancellations before work begins: eligible for a full or partial refund (excluding admin fees).

Once design work starts: refunds are limited or not applicable.

 

2. Workshops

Cancellations made 7+ days before the workshop: 100% refund.

Cancellations within 3–6 days: 50% refund.

No refund for cancellations within 72 hours or for no-shows.

 

3. Postponements

If a workshop is postponed by us, your seat remains valid for the next available session, or you may opt for a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide both digital and physical deliveries for services and workshop materials.

 

1. Digital Files

Design files and workshop resources (e.g., slides, recordings) are delivered via email or secure cloud links.

Access to workshop content is time-limited (as mentioned during registration).

 

2. Physical Deliverables (if any)

Charges for mockups, kits, or printed items will be discussed separately.

Physical items will be shipped using reputed courier services; delays are not our liability once dispatched.

 

3. Live Workshop Access

For online sessions, links are sent 24–48 hours prior to the event.
